Kate is our resident founder here at The Broker Society, with 20 years of Finance under her belt. Kate has a real love and passion for complex and self employed clients, but she loves working with clients from all over the country with different needs.
If you need a broker who will get the job done and do it with some flair, Kate will guide you along the way with no bank jargon in sight. Kate’s office is located in Noosaville, Sunshine Coast and her and The Broker Society team have a national service offering, supporting our clients wherever they may be. For loans with honesty, clarity and support from start to finish.

Meet Belinda, your dedicated financial expert. With a background as a broker and prior experience in lending in the banks, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Belinda specialises in home purchasing and refinances, making her your go-to guide for all things related to your home.
What sets Belinda apart is her unwavering commitment to you. She's passionate about putting customers first, and takes an approach to lending that puts her customers in the front of everything she does by providing you with her undivided attention every step of the way.
You'll find Belinda in our Gold Coast office, but her services reach far beyond the beautiful beaches of Queensland. With a national client service offering, she's here to assist clients from coast to coast. We handle the heavy lifting, so you can keep on living your best life.

Broker
As a dedicated mortgage broker and a proud mother of twins based on the Sunshine Coast, Jeane understands how busy life can be and how easily important tasks can get pushed to the side. She committed to making the mortgage process as seamless and stress-free as possible for her clients.
Being both South African and Australian, Jeane brings a unique perspective and am well-equipped to help other expats in similar situations find the right home loan solutions. Let her handle the complexities of your mortgage journey, so you can focus on what matters most—your family and your future.

Introducing Tyler, our Brisbane based broker and long time member of The Broker Society family.
Tyler began her journey with us as a client, and over time her passion for property, finance and helping people made the leap into broking feel like a natural next step. She brings years of experience as a successful Buyers Agent along with a background in Government roles, which means her attention to detail is unmatched and her dedication to clients is second to none.
Tyler supports clients across Brisbane and beyond, and she thrives on working with borrowers at every stage of life. Whether it is a first home, an investment strategy or a complex scenario, she approaches every file with clarity, care and professionalism.
On weekends you will usually find her doing something fun, often involving friends, family or sunshine when she’s not travelling the world. She admits that her idea of a good time also includes exploring entrepreneurial concepts for fun and dedicating her spare hours to auditioning for film projects. Her creativity, energy and unique life experience shine through in the way she supports her clients.

Talia is a Mortgage Broker at The Broker Society, bringing many years of experience as a professional accountant and a genuine passion for real estate to every client she works with.
With a strong background in numbers, Talia is particularly passionate about helping clients make smart, informed decisions around property, whether they’re purchasing their first home, restructuring their lending, or refining their long-term goals. Her calm, methodical style means clients feel supported, confident and fully informed at every stage of the process.
Based in Yeppoon, Queensland, Talia works closely with the wider Broker Society team to support clients locally and nationally, delivering honest advice, clarity, and a seamless experience from application through to settlement.
